Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients
• Perform examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment
• Provide follow-up care and coordinate specialty referrals
• Order labs and diagnostic testing as appropriate
• Address disease prevention and health promotion
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, diagnoses, and treatment
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff for consultation and referral
• Participate in quality assurance and peer review programs
• Contribute to health promotion, education, and prevention initiatives
• Participate in staff conferences, training, workshops, and meetings
• Work across multiple sites with local travel as needed
• Flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• Current California Physician Assistant license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred
• One year of directly related experience preferred
• Community or public health experience preferred
• Family Planning Certificate required if working in a family planning program
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, professionalism, and adaptability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• $155,750.40 - $180,564.80 Salary
