Seeking an experienced Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join and help grow a strong vascular program at a Level II Trauma Center in Central Pennsylvania, approximately two hours northeast of Pittsburgh.

Position Highlights:

• Opportunity to lead and grow a strong vascular surgery program
• Part of a Level II Trauma Center
• Collaborate with the medical staff to educate and promote current and advanced vascular procedures
• 2 Cardiac ORs and 9 General ORs
• 3 Cardiac Cath Labs
• 1 Hybrid OR
• 24/7 dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia team
• 12-bed CVICU
• Cardiac and General Anesthesia support
• Cardiac Rehab Unit

Qualifications:

• Fellowship training in Vascular Surgery
• 5–7 years of post-fellowship experience preferred
• Proficiency in complex vascular surgery and advanced endovascular procedures
• Expertise in complex lower-extremity revascularization and limb salvage
• Experience with complex abdominal and endovascular aortic cases
• Ability to perform open aortic procedures when needed
• Expertise in carotid disease, dialysis access, and venous disorders

Compensation & Benefits:

• $675K guaranteed base compensation for two years
• $25K sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years
