Description
Seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained BC/BE Neuromuscular Neurologist to join an established and growing neuroscience practice in Southwest Michigan, less than an hour south of Grand Rapids.


Position Highlights:
  • Join a collaborative team of 12 neurologists and 8 APPs
  • Focus on neuromuscular disorders, including neuropathy and ALS, with a small component of general neurology
  • Leadership opportunity overseeing the Neurodiagnostics/EMG Lab
  • Dedicated EMG days supported by experienced Neurodiagnostic Technicians
  • Practice within an AANEM-accredited lab
  • Comprehensive APP support
  • Opportunity to teach through an academic affiliation with Western Michigan University’s Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine
  • Clinical research and participation in clinical trials encouraged
  • Epic EMR
  • Weekday call averages 4 nights per month with no weekend call
  • Full-time, first-shift position


Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
  • Fellowship training in Neuromuscular Neurology or Clinical Neurophysiology with EMG/neuromuscular emphasis
  • Michigan medical license, DEA and CDS registration
  • Willingness to support and lead the ALS Program
  • Must maintain requirements for medical staff privileges
