• Outpatient-only Allergy & Immunology practice
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No weekends or holidays
• Shared call with another Allergist in the department

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary of $260K–$315K
• 2-year employment agreement
• 3-year employment agreement for visa candidates
• 3 weeks of paid vacation
• 1 week of CME
• 7 sick days
• $3K annual business expense allowance
• Health insurance paid by the practice
• Malpractice insurance paid by the practice
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Opportunity to become a shareholder following the employment agreement
