Description
A well-established, physician-owned private practice is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient team in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient primary care with minimal call
- 4-day clinical workweek for excellent work-life balance
- Join a collaborative team of 2 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers
- Established patient base from day one

Compensation & Benefits:
- $200K–$250K base salary, plus bonus eligibility
- Sign-on bonus
