The ideal candidate is a Board Certified CRNA - practicing providers and new grads are welcome to apply. 

- Base Salary of $320k

- Schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off

- 1:4 Call Schedule 

- Incentive and relocation bonuses

- Extensive benefits package including retirement
