Description I am in need of a full time Pediatrician for our Pediatric practice located in Danville, Virginia. Our office hours are 8am to 6pm and we offer an option of 5 – 8 hour days or 4 – 10 hour days per week. We are outpatient only with no hospital call (unless wanted), call is taken one week at a time and consists of telephone call. Pediatrician will work alongside a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and a part-time Pediatrician who works 2 ½ days per week. I need for this person to be ok with overseeing 3rd and 4th year residents who work a continuity clinic on site ½ day per week. Benefits: 15 days of vacation (accrued bi-weekly at 4.62 hours) 12 days of sick (accrued bi-weekly at 3.69 hours) 10 paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 5 non-cumulative days and $2500 toward CME 100% of provider only premium paid for Medical, Dental, & Long term disability insurance $15,000 life insurance 3% match for 403b (same as a 401k, but we are a non profit) $200 bonus paid out monthly for encounters locked on time | ||||||||||||||||
