Description • Position – Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant • Location – Brooklyn – Auburn (2 days/week) and Flatlands (3 days/week) – We provide medical services within these two shelters. Site visits for candidates, if requested, can be accommodated. • Specialty – Family Practice • • Hours/Shifts – Tuesday – Friday 9-5; Monday 11-7 • Salary Range - $111,000 plus full benefits • Desired Experience – Board Certified Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in an outpatient, primary care environment • • Loan forgiveness available | ||||||||||||||||
