Sign-on bonus would depend on patient panel.

We have done sign-on bonuses in the past.

We are currently not accepting new grads unless they have an existing patient panel.
We offer a variety of loan forgiveness programs that are contingent on approvals and funding from Federal and State agencies, we are a HRSA facility and qualify for loan repayment. State agencies require that providers make a 3 year commitment in order to qualify.

We expect an average of 12 patients a day, however, this would depend on the hourly structure of the day we are very flexible with scheduling to meet the providers personal needs.
