Description Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for Milwaukee, WI. experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform health assessments, medical histories and physical examinations; prepare physician orders, see follow-up patients independently; request/evaluate diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; provide patient education and instruction per supervising physician. . Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Master's Degree Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program, certified and currently licensed (or eligible for immediate licensure)in Wisconsin.
