Description
Pain Management Naval Comprehensive Pain Management Program (NCPMP)Naval Medical Center Portsmouth Branch Health Clinics:Qualifications:
Shall possess and maintain the minimum qualifications for a Pharmacist:
Possess a graduate certificate from an accredited pharmacy residency program;
OR
Possess a minimum of 12 months of experience within the preceding 18 months as a Clinical Pharmacist performing direct patient care clinical activities in an ambulatory care pharmacy setting;
OR
Have held clinical privileges as a Clinical Pharmacist within the preceding 36 months in a military treatment facility. Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am to 6pm.
The Clinical Pharmacist will accrue 8 hours of PTO for every 80 hours worked. Please call office for more details WHG is an E/O/E
