Description
A community-focused primary care practice in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
Position Highlights:
- Provide primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Coordinate care and promote preventive health
- Support health maintenance and comprehensive wellness
- First-shift schedule with five 8-hour days per week
- Shared on-call schedule
- Additional compensation for weekend patient services
