A well-established healthcare organization in a major Alabama metropolitan area is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established hospital-employed practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an orthopedic surgeon looking for immediate patient volume, strong referral support, experienced clinical staff, and a comprehensive recruitment package. The position offers a broad general orthopedics practice with exposure to sports medicine and total joint cases.

• Full-time, permanent, hospital-employed position
• General Orthopedic Surgery
• Mix of general orthopedics with some sports medicine and total joints
• High patient volume with quick ramp-up potential

• Shared call with an experienced physician team
• Office space available
• Strong referral network of primary care physicians and specialists

• Experienced advanced practice provider support
• Dedicated medical assistant from day one
• Additional clinical support added as patient volume grows
• New graduates and experienced surgeons may be considered
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed U.S. residency training
