A well-established primary care team is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join practices at various locations across Connecticut.

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine — birth through adult
• Full-time, weekdays only
• No call
• Established, collaborative primary care teams
• Work alongside physicians, APPs, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and experienced clinical staff
• Strong provider, nursing, MA, and front-office collaboration
• Manage an established patient panel

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of traditional primary care experience managing a patient panel
• Demonstrated ability to see 18+ patients per day
• APRN/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training
• Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligibility
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials appropriate for primary care practice
