A well-respected, non-for-profit healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Physician Assistant to join their growing inpatient team. This role is focused exclusively on admissions, working alongside a dedicated group of hospitalists and intensivists to deliver exceptional patient care.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm, 7 on / 7 off
• Flexible scheduling available once two PAs are in place
• Caseload: 10–12 admissions per day
• Support: Back-up from hospitalists and intensivists during daytime hours
• Hospital employed position
• Compensation: Salary based on experience + annual quality bonus

Requirements:

• NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant
• Minimum 2 years of hospitalist experience (no new grads considered)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage multiple admissions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
