About the Opportunity

• Located in West-Central Illinois
• 330-bed, Level II Trauma Center with excellent sub-specialty backup
• 7 on / 7 off Schedule, Paid Time Off 
• 3 weeks PTO so only 23 weeks, 162 shifts
• $330,000-daytime annual compensation PLUS quality bonus
• Quality Bonus Potential - 10% of Salary
• $150,000 educational debt forgiveness loan
• 50K sign-on plus full benefits
• Extra Shift Compensation - for shifts worked over the monthly minimum (14)
• Procedures - not required but if you are proficient, you can request privileges to do so
