The Physician Assistant is assigned to Orthopaedics for the purpose of providing patient care under the attending physicians in accordance with the rules, regulations, and bylaws of the Medical Staff. Duties includes but are not limited to:

assisting in surgery,
performing history & physical exams,
ordering and performing appropriate testing and procedures,
ordering and prescribing medications
orthopaedic devices,
and other independent clinical services within the limits of credentialed privileges.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
Orthopaedic experience preferred.
Will need current Minnesota licensure as a Physician Assistant and current BLS Certification.
