Fee for service Primary Care and Walk In -accepting most insurances including worker’s comp and Auto insurance. Salary $85,000 for working Monday through Friday and alternate Saturdays - Incentive Bonuses- Health Insurance, 401K Retirement plan, 2 week vacation, 1 week CME, License renewals. No hospitals /NoNursing Homes or any off hour calls. -
