Description
in need of a Family Practice provider to cover as soon as credentialed - ongoing. Facility would like local providers only at this time. Shift: 8a-8p - weekdays and 8a-4p Saturday and Sunday. Monday through Friday, 60 patients divided between two providers; weekends 25 to 45 patients, divided between two providers. Patient population: 80% adult, 10% geratric, 10% pediatric. Office ancillary staff: LPNs, RAD/MA, techs, SS, WSS, case manager.
